Christian Education
First Church provides many opportunities for young and old to learn, live, and grow in Christ
Nursery/Toddler Care: Infant and toddler care provides a loving, nurturing environment with age appropriate activities. Jill McKenna serves as Child Care Provider and Coordinator.
Church School: Classes are held for children K through 6th grade. Children attend the first part of the 10:00 am worship service in the sanctuary, leaving for their classes after the Pastor’s “Time with the Children.” We are using the “Gather Round” curriculum. Classes include Bible stories, drama, cooking, music, arts, and crafts. Karin Swenson is Church School Coordinator. If you would like more information, you may contact Karin Swenson. Parents may register their children for Church School by seeing Karin Swenson on Sunday morning, by emailing her at sundayschool@concordsfirstchurch.org, or by contacting the church offices at 225-5491.
Safer Church: First Church has a Safer Church Policy, and all adults who work with children or youth are certified Safer Church Trained.
Adult Education
Bible Study: 10:00 am Thursday Morning Bible Study is led by Pastor Keller. Currently, discussion is Hosea 5:8 - 6:11.
