Food Pantry
The Food Pantry at First Congregational Church is a vital ministry of our community that fills a significant need in the Concord area.  Through the volunteer efforts and financial donations of our church this past year, the pantry has provided the equivalent of 32,500 meals to local families.

If you would like to donate non-perishable food items to the pantry you can drop them off at First Congregational Church.

Our need grows daily as more people sign up each week for our bags of food. God bless you for sharing any food items, toiletry items, or paper products. Your generosity makes a big difference in the people we help.

Who Are The People
We Serve

Some of the visitors to the Pantry are homeless. Some just can't make ends meet in this economy. Some are recently unemployed.  Some just can't find jobs. And some are on fixed incomes.  And some are refugees from Nepal who have come to this country with nothing but the hope of a better tomorrow.

Supplementing their needs not only provides meals but also relief and hope.

Did you know . . .

that once Cedric Dustin’s truck is full of all our recyclable aluminum and tin cans, he brings them to the recycle center and earns enough money which enables the Food Pantry to purchase over 235 lb. of food from the Food Bank? We’d love it if you’d drop off your cans M-F between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. at the Church office or on Sunday.

In desperate need ~ please consider donating winter clothing.
Some of our young families who frequent the Food Pantry don’t have adequate winter clothing for their babies and
small children.
